[ As promised, he'll arrive at her door sooner rather than later. [ Poe's had to deal with a lot of odd, lingering looks because of previous meetings that he wasn't present for, and while most of them haven't been too hard to work past he's appreciative of the fact that Dutch isn't dwelling on it too much despite that history. It just makes sense to move forward, and right now especially they both have better things to linger on than the past.

Like the fact that they're alone and she's close enough that he can practically feel her warmth even through the fabric of his suit, he's almost trapped between her and the closed door. But is it really a trap if he wants to be in it? ]

And even if she is the effort isn't wasted, there are plenty of ways for them to move against each other that make for some very enjoyable friction.
